Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: 09 Oct 2025 • NaukriPromise is a brand of RVR Innovations LLP.

1) Cancellations

  • Once a batch starts, cancellations are not permitted except under refund‑eligible conditions.
  • Learners may request a one‑time deferral before the first session begins (subject to seat availability).

2) Job Guarantee Refund Eligibility

  • Attend ≥90% of total training hours and complete all assignments and assessments.
  • Maintain professional conduct and communicate promptly with the placement team.
  • If no valid job offer is made within 60 days of successful completion, you can apply for a 100% fee refund.

3) Refund Exclusions

  • Missing classes beyond the allowed limit or failing required assessments.
  • Rejecting two valid job offers or non‑attendance in scheduled interviews.
  • Providing false documents/information during enrollment.
  • Personal choice or change of interest unrelated to service quality.

4) Refund Process & Timelines

  • Submit a request via refunds@naukripromise.com with your registered email/phone and payment details.
  • We will review eligibility within 5 working days and credit approved refunds to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of your chosen operating city/state of RVR Innovations LLP (update city/state during final deployment).
