- Course access (live/recorded) is activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Credentials & links and instructions are sent to your registered email/WhatsApp.
- E‑certificates are issued digitally within 7 days after successful completion and assessment.

Physical Shipments
Not applicable. Optional printed materials (if offered) will include separate courier timelines and charges communicated at checkout or via email.
